Madinat Khalifa

Master planning and detail concept design of a new town of approximately 5,000 social housing homes, and including public sector, retail and commercial developments. The design is based on social and environmental sustainability principles, with local centres consisting of an everyday mosque, a kindergarten/primary school and local retail located within walkable distances from every residence.

The first phase of 120 villas was completed in 2016 and is currently occupied, and the next phase of 400 homes is at tender stage.
