This design for a mixed-use project in Russia comprising Retail, Corporate and Residential developments in three separate towers was distinguished by the ground floor plaza which dissipated the street edge, and filtered through to an undulating internal courtyard over two levels that contained retail stores and a winter garden.

The residential tower contained a boutique hotel on the lower floors, and concierge-serviced luxury condominium apartments above.
