A facade concept was created for this development of mixed-use towers comprising medical and dental clinics, and speculative office space to match the clients aspirations as an emerging force in the local boutique healthcare delivery market.

Cladding options were developed to suit alternative construction methods and materials whilst providing some flexibility to respond to the different uses within the building.
